Terms and Conditions

1. Meals (Centre-based) charged if a standalone service. Not charged when meal part of a group session.

2. Home Maintenance pricing will include all material costs and any charges relating to external contractors. If an external contractor is not required, an hourly rate of $15 will be charged.

3. Home Modifications pricing will be as per quote, which includes material costs and labour. There will be a charge of $15 per site visit.

4. Scheduled services cancelled later than 24hrs before, or shortened at the request of the client, will still be charged based on the full length of the planned visit. The exception being in circumstances beyond the control of the client, such as illness. For visits longer than the scheduled length, additional charges may apply.

5. All services will be invoiced. 6. Free travel 5km radius is 5kms from our Centre only.
